Yes, we provide full breakage & loss cover. Doesn’t happen most of the time however we want to ensure you that you are in good hand. If there is any breakage or loss during your cleaning, notification must be made to us within 48 hours of service, by email or phone and we will pay for the breakage or loss.

A Team of 2 or 3 people is our standard, sometimes extra team members can come when needed.

Yes, all our cleaners have passed police background check. We make sure all of our cleaners are friendly and professional, as well as safe and trustworthy.

No. We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.

Yes, we don’t mind pets in general, but would be great if you could  leave them in an area where they feel safe and comfortable while we do the cleaning.

For residential clean, we service most of north shore and surrounding areas.
For commercial clean, we service all Sydney areas.

Our residential cleaning hours of operation is between 7am to 5pm Monday to Sunday and we also have teams to work in night shift for commercial cleaning.
