The team were punctual and communication with Oscar for the initial inspection went fine and smooth. Overall the clean in the house was good, but there were little things here and there that could have been better. 1. Unfortunately the chemicals they used was possibly quite harsh and marked our oven handle and is now discoloured, which we were compensated for slightly. We also noticed after that the chemicals had affected the colouring of the material seal inside. 2. They missed some windows which when I went back to check they did clean, and unfortunately missed wiping the inside between the window and fly screen 3. We also noticed a slight chip in our kitchen sink that wasn’t there before 4. Bathroom was not fully wiped down before placing items back resulting in wet ring marks 5. Walking inside and outside the house with shoes on after mopping especially when raining outside wasn’t ideal Overall for a general clean I think they are fine, however I specifically requested for a deep clean and felt it wasn’t quite up to standard.

They did a very efficient and thorough cleaning job. Very satisfied.
