Terrible service! I used them for a while, at the begging they were fine but started decreasing their service quality until I decided not to spend money for nothing and didn’t call them anymore. They were terribly unpunctual, they said they were coming at one time and arrived 1-2 hs later without not even sending a message anticipating it (we were working and had to arrange and rearrange meetings to fit their schedule). The cleaning service was awful, they arrive in 3 and did the job in less than an hour, so they just did the basic and we usually found parts of the apartment that hadn’t been cleaned properly or not even cleaned. They never cleaned down the dust from furniture, they only vacuumed, and swapped the floor, and cleaned superficially the bathrooms. I couldn’t communicate with them because none of them can speak a work of English (I had to call manager to complain). Don’t hire this company! UPDATE (because I can’t answer) yes the company I’m taking about is YOURS. My husband Nicola, used to book, not me. We used to live in Rhodes, then moved to Chatswood and used your service for 2-3 years. Oscar is the person my husband used to contact (and the only person who can speaks English).
